You can use a specialized vacuum oven cleaner, or you can use diluted alcohol or vinegar water to clean it. Note that the cleaner should not be sprayed directly onto the electronics or sensors.

Some areas within the vacuum chamber that are more difficult to clean can be cleaned with a specialized vacuum chamber cleaning tool, such as a soft brush or spiral cleaner. Make sure to clean every corner of the vacuum cavity.

After cleaning the vacuum cavity, you also need to clean the seals of the vacuum furnace. Vacuum oven seals are usually silicone seals, and prolonged use can result in a poor seal. The seals can be cleaned with an eraser or special seal cleaner to keep them soft and flexible.

Once cleaning is complete, reinstall the vacuum oven housing and test it. Open the vacuum oven and check that the components are working properly to ensure that the vacuum oven is cleaned and ready for use.
